To our patients and referrals:
We have made changes, and will continue to make changes, to our office protocols to ensure all of our patients are safe during these unprecedented times. You will notice us wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) that is beyond normal healthcare requirements. There will also be other modifications to our office workflow during appointments for your protection.
We are asking our patients to bring only one person into the office when checking in for a procedure where sedation/anesthesia is planned. After check-in, the escort will be asked to wait for the patient in their vehicle until the procedure is completed.
In accordance with social distancing guidelines, we will initially be treating less patients in a day and spacing out appointment times to ensure all patients can safely enter and exit the office. Additional time between appointments will allow our staff to properly disinfect the administrative and surgical areas.
All new office protocols are in compliance with the CDC, OSHA, AAOMS, MDA, and ADA. We will continue to follow the latest recommendations provided by the appropriate governing bodies.
